tag sale

it's really feeling like summer these days. after the endless rain we had the sun is working it's magic and everything is green and blooming. a group of us who are avid flea marketers are gathering our secret (meaning hidden away, out of sight, never used) items for our first ever tag sale. it's been a long time in the making, thinking, and talking - it was time to actually make it happen. the response has been fabulous! there are so many details on the to-do list, but little by little i'm checking them off. one thing i want to work on this weekend is the "birds of a feather" tees, so everyone can wear one on the big day. i'm going to enlist my son to help with this since he just learned how to silkscreen. the girls are helping to make a surprise "wish" item to sell for mindy's organization. if you're in MA on the 10th and you want directions, please e-mail me. hope to see you.

Heidi, thanks for visiting my blog. Ooooohhh, how I wish I could come to your tag sale. That is one of my favorite things to do. I love your creations...beautiful letters. Are those hand done? That is becoming a lost art. Keep it up, and I'll check in with you.
